Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data Mojo Creative Report holds about you, and how to remove our access to your ad accounts. You can do either at any time, and you don’t need to give a reason.

1. What we hold

  • Your sign-up details: your email address, WhatsApp number, brand name and website, the monthly revenue and ad spend ranges you selected, and your ad account IDs.
  • The performance data and creatives read, with read-only access, from the ad accounts you shared with us, and the reports built from them.
  • The access tokens that let the app read those accounts, encrypted at rest.
  • Records of your payments.

2. How to ask for deletion

Email grow@more-mojo.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your data. Writing from that address is how we know the request is yours. Once the app is open to customers, you will also be able to request deletion from inside the app.

If you only ever reached us through the brief form on this site, or by email, the same address works for that data too.

3. What gets deleted, and when

  • On request: your account, your reports, and the performance data and creatives we hold for you are deleted within 30 days.
  • Free reports: the data behind a free report is deleted automatically 30 days after the report, whether or not you ask. A free report stays open for 14 days before that.
  • After a subscription ends: your data is deleted 30 days after it ends, unless you renew.
  • Access tokens: deleted as soon as you disconnect an ad account.
  • Payment records: we keep a record of each payment (the amount, the date and the reference) for as long as we need it for our accounts.

4. Remove Mojo’s access to your ad accounts

Deleting your data and removing our access are separate steps, and you can take them in either order. Removing access stops the app reading your accounts straight away, and you don’t need our help or agreement to do it.

Meta

  1. Open your Business Settings in Meta, at business.facebook.com/settings.
  2. Go to Users, then Partners, and select Mojo.
  3. Remove Mojo as a partner, or remove only the ad accounts, Pages or catalogues you shared with us.

TikTok

TikTok connection is coming soon. Once it is open, you can disconnect TikTok from inside the app, or remove Mojo’s access to your ad account in TikTok Business Center. Disconnecting deletes the access token straight away.

5. Confirmation

When the deletion is done, we email you from grow@more-mojo.com to confirm it. If you haven’t heard from us within 30 days of your request, email us again.

6. More detail

Our privacy policy covers what we collect, why, who hosts it for us and how long we keep it. The terms of service cover the plans themselves.
